By accessing the NoDelayHire platform and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User") and NoDelayHire ("we," "our," or "us").

1. Recruitment & Placement Services

NoDelayHire provides permanent placement recruiting services connecting employers ("Clients") with qualified professional candidates ("Candidates").

2. Fees & Contingency Model

NoDelayHire operates on a 100% contingency basis for employers. No fees are due unless a candidate introduced by NoDelayHire is successfully hired within 12 months of introduction.

3. Privacy & Data Handling

Your submission of personal and professional information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
